道达尔计划将印度LNG再气化终端部分股权出售给壳牌泰安

中国石化新闻网讯 据道琼斯8月27日消息，法国石油巨头道达尔公司周一表示，公司已经同意将印度哈吉拉液化天然气（LNG）再气化终端26%股权出售给壳牌公司，不过没有透露此次交易的金额。

道达尔还表示，公司已经签署一份协议，未来五年每年向壳牌出售50万吨LNG供应印度市场和邻国市场。道达尔表示，LNG交付将在20光波浴房19年开始。

Total to Sell Stake in India Regasification Terminal to Shell

Total SA (FP.FR) said Monday that it agreed 电机阀to sell its 26% stake in the Hazira liquefied natural g芝麻酱as regasification terminal in India to Royal Dutch Shell PLC (RDSA.LN), without disclosing a sum for the transaction.

The French oil major also said it signed an agreement to sell half a million tons of liquefied natural gas to Shell over five years to supply India and neighboring countries. Deliveries are expected to begin in 2019, Total said.
